Objectives

  1. Serve as venue for knowledge generation and dissemination for the development of registrars and records personnel.
  2. Collaborate and support the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and other regulatory bodies in the dissemination and implementation of their respective circulars and memoranda.
  3. Expand opportunities for registrars and records personnel in achieving their professional goals and in becoming socially responsible individuals.
  4. Promote solidarity and strengthen camaraderie among registrars and records personnel.
